tv problem HELP? my lcd tv keeps turning off?

Sizzling sounds like it overheated, which is very unusual for a new TV. You might have a misfunctioning TV. Take it back to the store where you bought it or contact Toshiba customer service.
Take it back and get another one. Most stores only allow you to do returns during the first 90 days WITH your receipt.
